Delivery

Delivery of the order to the buyer is carried out in the following ways:


1. Courier company Nova Poshta : http://www.novaposhta.ua/ ( only Ukraine ) :


  • Cash on delivery - courier company "Nova Poshta"

You can pay for the goods upon receipt, after checking the availability.

You also pay for the return delivery of cash on delivery, which is 18-20 UAH (+ 2% cash on delivery)

(*** Cash on delivery is not available for the "Disputes" category, ordering a dispute is only possible with prepayment due to the fact that a non-existent return address is indicated and if you do not pick up the order, we will no longer be able to pick up the print)


  • By prepayment - by courier company "Nova Poshta"

After sending, you are given the transport declaration number, by which you can pick up your parcel by presenting documents (driver's license/passport) at the company's office in your city. Usually, the delivery period is 1-2 days. The cost is 25-30 UAH, depending on the distance of transportation.


2. By Russian Post by registered mail ( Russia only ) .

The letter takes from 10 days to 3 weeks to Russia depending on the distance (timeframes exceeding 2-3 weeks are extremely rare, your parcel has a tracking number so it will not get lost - time-tested)
