We wanted to take the best properties of our BCN Diesel strain, namely the growth and productivity of an indica, and combine them with the psychoactivity of a sativa strain.
During the selection of rudelaris plants, we tried to select plants that would have an aroma similar to the smell of the Diesel variety. Since this is impossible, the closest aroma that our breeders managed to obtain resembles the smell of fermented fruits. The result was a Diesel with a fruity aroma and earthy flavor. Powerful aroma that seems to be "chewable". During flowering, the plant emits a characteristic urine smell.
From its Afghan origins, the variety has inherited a truly high ability to form crystals that are easily distinguishable even at a certain distance. In closed ground, plants can reach 100 cm and easily produce up to 70 g of harvest per plant.
Our BCN Diesel strain gives this hybrid variety a high crystal-forming ability and increased psychoactivity. It gives it a taste of Diesel and bitter lime-lemon. The yield is not very high, but the quality is very good. The buds are dense and hard, with fairly short internodes. Increased THC content simply amazing. Reacts well to large amounts of fertilizer, although when grown outdoors, it is recommended to use organic fertilizers. Indoors, with a photoperiod of 14 hours, the plant clearly demonstrates its ability to autoflower. It forms strong and tree-like, although few branches, which cover the internode space with dense flowers.
When creating this strain, we were guided by two main selection criteria: taste and the ability to create trichomes.
When grown indoors and under a 12/12 or 14/10 photoperiod, the cycle from seed planting to full maturity takes 8-9 weeks.
Flowering cycle in open ground: 3 months. Planting is recommended in early spring.
