Propaganda (E-Liquid) was founded in February 2014 with $200 and a dream. The founders set out to make flavors that could be vaporized all day long without becoming oversaturated or losing flavor.
The business began in DeNuccio's parents' kitchen, where he and Bull experimented with $200 worth of ingredients and flavors in the kitchen sink.
Wanting to encourage business and protect the parental shell, DeNuccio's parents loaned the young entrepreneurs $5,000, a loan that was quickly repaid in full. The partners invested in an aggressive marketing campaign that got them into every major e-cigarette convention, where they distributed samples, met with customers and clients, and began taking orders from stores around the world.

In addition, marketing materials were supplied to each retail store along with the blends: posters, flavor menus, POP displays, shirts, hats, stickers, bags, and vehicle decals.
The catchy brand name (a parody of government propaganda), the "Join the Revolution!" tagline, and distinctive packaging have earned PROPAGANDA a dominant reputation in the industry that has grown dramatically in recent years.
