The duct fan from Vents TT 200 series is based on the best technologies that were obtained during the study of not only duct, but also centrifugal, axial type ventilation equipment. Therefore, the devices of this series are powerful, easy to operate and equipped with additional functions to increase efficiency. Laconic design and small size will only be a plus.
Application
A fan of this model can be used in various buildings and areas: shops, office premises and offices, apartments, utility rooms, private houses, and restaurants with high pressure in ventilation ducts. After all, they carry out a powerful work process, but at the same time they work quietly. Such a fan is suitable even for a room with very high humidity. Devices of this series are suitable for installation with round air ducts, and a wide range of diameters - from 100 to 315 mm.
Design
What else is needed for a long-term operation of a ventilation device? Of course, a robust design and protective properties. This model has just such properties. Case: one of the most important elements of the device is made of special lightweight but strong ABS plastic, which has protection from UV rays. For special savings, the inside of the case is covered with polypropylene, which will protect the mechanism in fire-hazardous areas. What distinguishes the model from axial types is the impeller - it is made in a conical shape with directional blades. Such an impeller, together with the diffuser, increases the pressure inside, which has a positive effect on the performance and efficiency of air circulation. The peculiarity is that in this design, even at maximum power, the fan produces a minimum of noise and vibration. And to increase the feeling of comfort and regulate the smooth and gradual flow of air masses into the mechanism, the design is equipped with an inlet pipe with a manifold.
Engine
It is designed for single-phase power supply and is supported by rolling bearings. The advantage is that you can get a kit with a reinforced motor, as well as select a model with one or two speeds. To protect the mechanism, the motor has a thermal fuse, which is connected to the winding. The advantage will also be that even if you select a model with increased engine performance, it will still be powered economically.
Peculiarities
This series has different design features. For example, the "U" and "U1" functionality - such a unit is equipped with a temperature sensor built into the body, an electronic thermostat with a reaction light indicator, as well as a speed controller and a delay timer, which also works together with the sensor and does not allow changing the fan speed at high temperatures. The "Un" and "U1n" functions have the same equipment, only all the above elements are located 4 m away on a fixed cable. There is also another difference - the "U" and "Un" models operate on the principle of a temperature sensor, which does not allow changing the speed, but the "U1" and "U1n" units do not allow switching the mode when the timer is set, say 5 minutes.

R - has an additional power cable with an IEC C14 electrical connector
B - a three-position speed switch is attached to the body of the device
Control
Unfortunately, air flow can only be adjusted for two-speed models. The latter can have different control paths: using a built-in switch, if you have chosen a model with the "B" modification, or separately ordering the RS-1-300 speed controller. The "P" option will allow smooth speed switching.
Installation
This fan is installed in the air duct at any point in the ventilation system at a convenient angle. It is possible to fix several fans in the ducts. The central unit of the ventilation unit is mounted using latches and clamps, which makes it easy to service the device. If you want to attach the device to the wall, a flat mounting plate is used for this purpose. In this case, the mounting box is attached in any position. If you need to service the mechanism or clean all the elements, then you only need to pull out the central unit, but the entire fan remains attached - this is convenient and fast. Also, during installation, you can increase productivity by placing a couple of models in parallel, or in series one after another to increase the pressure.
