Description
The Vents TT Silent-M 315 fan in a soundproof casing is designed for use in exhaust or supply ventilation when it is necessary to ensure a very low noise level from ventilation. The fan can move air with a maximum capacity of 1950 m3/h and a maximum temperature of up to 60°C. It is connected to round air ducts with a cross-section of 315 mm. The fan can be installed indoors with an indoor temperature above +1°C.
This series combines the wide capabilities and high performance of axial and centrifugal fans. Thanks to this combination, it was possible to achieve high pressure, powerful air flow and low noise levels with fairly low energy consumption.
Design
The casing of the Vents TT Silent-M 315 fan is made of structural steel with a polymer coating. The casing has perforations inside that allow sound waves to pass through, directing them at a certain angle to a layer of noise-absorbing material. The casing noise and heat insulation are made of a 50 mm thick layer of mineral wool. Special perforation of the casing and noise-absorbing material provide sound attenuation in a wide frequency range. The inner casing and impeller are made of high-quality and durable plastic.
Soundproofed housing
Due to the conical shape of the impeller and specially profiled blades, the circular speed of the air flow increases, providing higher pressure and performance compared to conventional axial fans. The diffuser, specially designed impeller and straightening device at the outlet of the fan housing distribute the air flow in such a way that an optimal combination of characteristics is provided - high performance and increased pressure at a low noise level. The fan housing is equipped with an external sealed terminal box for connecting the power supply. For a hermetic connection to the air ducts, the fan connecting pipes are equipped with rubber seals.
Engine
Single-phase, high-efficiency, two-speed motors with low energy consumption are used. Fan motors are equipped with thermal fuses to protect against overload. Rolling bearings ensure a long service life (about 40,000 hours of continuous operation). Motor protection class - IP X4.
Speed control
The two-speed motor can be controlled using an external switch for multi-speed fans (purchased separately).fans (purchased separately).
