The VENTS VKMS 150 duct centrifugal fan is characterized by a diameter of 150 mm and is designed for the corresponding round ducts of ventilation systems. The unit is suitable for supply and exhaust systems. It can be used to ventilate residential, public, industrial and other premises, but it is necessary to exclude a high level of contamination with dust, fibers and sticky substances.
Housing design
Round duct fans have a round body, made of durable steel, and are also coated with zinc. This coating makes the fan protected from corrosive effects.
Impeller
The impeller is located inside the housing. The blades are curved backwards. The element is installed on the motor shaft and rotates with its help.
Engine
The single-phase asynchronous motor in the design is distinguished by its durable and safe operation, thanks to:
· Protection against possible overheating due to long-term operation;
· Rolling bearings.
Bearings significantly increase the engine service life (about 40 thousand hours). The engine resumes operation automatically after the protection is triggered.
Nutrition
The VENTS VKMS 15 duct centrifugal fan is connected to the power supply network with a cord that is connected using terminals. The terminals are located in a special box on the outer part of the casing. The fan kit may also include a cord with a C14 connector (this fan model is marked "P").
Installation
The VENTS VKMS 15 duct centrifugal fans can also be installed in ducts located outside the walls of the room (due to the strength of the structure). The axial tilt angle of the fan can be arbitrary (this does not affect the operation of the device, which is a plus).
The standard kit includes mounting brackets for attaching its body to the nearest wall.
