La Blanca

Since one of the main goals of the Kannabia Seeds team is to return to the roots, we wanted to create something special for those who are not indifferent to the WHITE family.

Among its many varieties, we were primarily interested in those that were distinguished by taste, productivity and strength (for their medicinal properties).

This is a hybrid based on painstaking selection of Great White Shark and Snow White (the original genotype of the La Blanca variety) plants, which best met our requirements.

The GWS strain is known for its high levels of THC and CBD, as well as medicinal properties including appetite enhancement and peripheral muscle relaxation.

From Skunk #1 the plant inherited the sweet, all-pervading smell that appears at the end of growth and the beginning of flowering. To stabilize the strain, we crossed it with White Widow , which had a predominantly indica component.

Crossbreeding has allowed the flowering period to be shortened to 8 weeks indoors and harvested in mid-September when grown outdoors.

The variety has a fairly high productivity for a hybrid with sativa characteristics, such as structure, and yields can reach 500 g per square meter.

Reacts well to minimal amounts of fertilizers, so care must be taken to avoid overfertilization. The plant has a rather unpleasant smell, so this must be taken into account from the very beginning of cultivation. For best results, we recommend using 5-liter pots and coconut substrate, as well as a drip irrigation system. With a plant height of 70-85 cm in closed ground, you can get a high yield. In open ground, the height of plants can reach 3 meters.

The resin concentration is so strong that no grower will remain indifferent when they see the huge "candied" buds. Resin production can be stimulated by placing the plant in the dark for the last few days before pruning. To enhance the taste, we recommend using carbohydrates from the early stages of flowering. The structure of the spreading branches allows you to observe powerful buds covered in resin and reminiscent of shark teeth.

When growing La Blanca you will find that despite the strength of the plant (which has a great capacity for growth and flowering), it is very easy to grow and is resistant to the most adverse conditions imaginable.

After subjecting La Blanca to the rigors of the guerrilla method, we recommend this variety for this method, which allows for excellent results. Indoors, we recommend using the SCROG method.
