Mandala #1 is a good choice if you want a quick harvest with a sativa effect. We recommend this strain especially for northern climates, where harvesting at the end of September is a priority. It has two main phenotypes, approximately 30% of the genes belong to the sativa phenotype, which characterizes the appearance of the plant, the leaf structure is similar to indica.
The purple leaf stalks and light red stripes along the stems are extraordinary and you should not mistake these for signs of nutritional deficiency. The young flowering buds have an intense raspberry aroma, with a hint of menthol freshness. The resin production is impressive, the buds are lined with a thick layer of trichomes and shine brightly in the sun.
Some plants develop beautiful dark purple calyxes during flowering, a trait they inherit from their New Zealand Purple Indica parent. Harvesting is very easy as the leaf to flower ratio is high.
Effect: wave “high”; euphoria; creative effect.
Strength: No side effects (characteristic heart rhythm, etc.); suitable for regular medical use.
Aroma: Properly cured buds have a naturally sweet smell, like dried apples. Purple plants have a delicious raspberry aroma, with a hint of menthol freshness.
Medicinal Uses: Mandala #1 helps combat anxiety and has an antidepressant effect.
